優格DIY

DIY優格
烹調時間: 4-8小時 可製八個1/2杯的優格
材料:
l         四杯低脂牛奶
l         1/3 杯脫脂奶粉
l         1/2杯無糖低脂含活菌的優格
卡路里: 84卡每1/2杯優格,脂肪卡路里: 25 卡,脂肪: 2.7g,飽和脂肪: 1.7g,反式脂肪: 0g,多元不飽和脂肪: 0.1g,單元不飽和脂肪: 0.8g,膽固醇: 11 mg,鈉(鹽): 91 mg,總碳水化合物: 8g,纖維素: 0g,糖: 8g,蛋白質: 6g,鉀: 260mg,磷: 160mg
做法:
1.      以小火慢慢將牛奶溫熱。
2.      當牛奶有點溫熱將奶粉拌入。
3.      注意不可以開太大火慢慢將牛奶熱到大約76度。注意千萬別煮滾也別煮過熱。
4.      將熱好的牛奶從火上移開置於一旁放涼約十分鐘。
5.      將稍微放涼的牛奶奶粉混合物與優格混合之後,放入您的優格機中保溫4-8小時或是依據您優格機說明書上之說明來操作,數小時之後您便有健康又美味的自製優格囉!

l         1/3 cup of non-fat powdered milk
l         1/2 cup of plain low-fat yogurt (has to have live organizes)

Directions:
6.         Heat the milk over low heat.
7.         As the mail gets a little bit warm, add powder milk and mix well.
8.         You need to keep an eye on the temperature. Heat the mail to about 170 degrees.
9.         Remove the milk from heat and wait for it to cool to about 10 minutes.
10.     Mix milk mixture with yogurt together and pull the mixture to your yogurt machine for 4-8 hour (or as indicate in your machine).
